Performance
TreadClimbers combine the movements of a treadmill, stair climber, and elliptical to create a unique piece of cardio equipment. This 3-in-1 design creates a smooth, fluid motion with a low-impact exercise that will never go out of style – walking! The TC100 is the best selling but more basic model of the Bowflex TreadClimbers. It provides the same great low-impact workout, but trades a lower cost for some of the more complicated functions of the TC200.
This model comes equipped with 12 resistance levels and speeds up to 4.0 mph supporting a wide range of fitness levels with room for improvement. The TC100 monitors speed, time, distance and calories burned, while providing goal setting and tracking for 2 users. The console is equipped with a tablet holder, reading rack and USB charging port all laid out in an ergonomic design. Along with the TC100, Bowflex provides access to Bowflex Connect, a fitness site which logs and tracks workout results. It is also capable of syncing with popular fitness apps as well. The TC100 is designed for a high-intensity, safe workout that gets results!
The TC100 does not include wireless heart rate monitoring or a heart rate based workout program. This feature or lack there of can be a deal breaker for some customers. Handle grip heart rate monitors are provided but are limited in the amount of data they can provide and are proven less accurate than a chest monitor. For a richer experience and more informative workout try the TC200. Otherwise the TC100 is the same great workout at a lower cost!
